In this dynamic interview, I got up close and
fashionable with this no nonsense fashionista.
BF: Hi
Gabrielle, what inspires you to blog?
G: Hey
Heather! Being a lifestyle blogger, I’m able to cover a variety of topics and
so inspiration can come from anywhere and everywhere. I find I’m most inspired
when something comes together like pieces from a jigsaw and leaves nothing
unaccounted for-although I’m a writer, the starting point for blogging is a
very visual one for me.
BF: Do you
enjoy traveling, what is the best place you have been?
G: I
absolutely love traveling. My favourite place to have visited so far is
undoubtedly Grindelwald, a village in Switzerland’s Bernese Alps. Although it’s
known as an ideal winter location, I’ve developed an appreciation for it during
the warmer months of the year-I feel at home there.
BF: Staple piece everyone needs
in your wardrobe?
G: Up until last winter, I would
have said a well-fitting pair of jeans. However, since then I’ve become
attached to a short leather jacket after years of protesting against wearing
one. There’s no going back now, in years to come I’ll probably be buried
clutching one of the jacket’s sleeves!
BF: Describe your personal style?
G: I would
describe my style as classic, clean and perhaps a little romantic. I very much
dress for my mood and considering I’m not the outrageous type, my style remains
fairly understated. Having said that, high quality materials are always very
important to me and never more so than when it comes to lingerie and
loungewear!
